三、工作原理 :
鎧裝熱電阻是利用物質(zhì)在溫度變化時,其電阻也隨著發(fā)生變化的特征來測量溫度的。當(dāng)阻值變化時,工作儀表便顯示出阻值所對應(yīng)的溫度值。

【鎧裝鉑熱電阻的構(gòu)造】
由于鎧裝鉑熱電阻的使用要求不同,其外形也往往存在很大差異,但是它們的基本結(jié)構(gòu)大致相同,通常由鎧裝鉑熱電阻感溫元件,安裝固定裝置和接線盒等主要部件組成。
1.鎧裝鉑熱電阻感溫元件:它是由金屬套管,絕緣材料(氧化鎂粉),引線和鉑熱電阻元件組合而成的堅實體。
2.安裝固定裝置,其結(jié)構(gòu)形式可分為:無固定裝置,固定卡套螺紋、可動卡套螺紋紋、固定卡套法蘭,可動卡套法蘭等。
3.接線方式:其結(jié)構(gòu)可分為無接線盒式、簡易式、防濺型接線盒式、防水型接線盒式、隔爆型接線盒式、插座式等。
作用原理】
熱電阻的作用原理是基于利用物質(zhì)在溫度變化時本身電阻也隨著發(fā)生變化的特性來測量溫度的。熱電阻的受熱部分(感溫元件)是細金屬絲均勻地雙繞在絕緣材料制成的骨架上,當(dāng)被測介質(zhì)中有溫度梯度存在時,則所測得的溫度是感溫元件所在范圍內(nèi)介質(zhì)中的平均溫度。
【Principle of action】
The functional principle of the RTD is to measure the temperature as per the characteristic of the resistance changing in accordance with the substance temperature change. The heated parts of the RTD (thermosensitive elements)is evenly winded by the thin metal wires onto the skeleton which is made of ungroung materials.When the temperature gradient exists in the measured media, the measured temperature is the average temperature amid the dielectrical layer within the thermosensitive element range.

【The composition structure of the sheath platinum RTD】
The outer appearances of the sheath platinum RTD are quite different according to their different use requirements. But their basic structures are approximay the same. It is usually composed of the main components such as sheath platinum RTD thermosensitive elements, mounted fixing devices,connection boxes and so on.
1.Sheath platinum RTD thermosensitive elements:it is a solid substance combined by metal sleeve, unground (commonly the magnesia powder), lead wire, platinum RTD components.
2.For installing the setting device, its structural form may be divided into non-fixing device, fixed cutting sleeve thread, movable cutting sleeve screw, fixed cutting sleeve flange, fixed compressed flange, flecible compressed flange etc.
3.Connecting method:its structure may be diveided intonon-connection block type, eay terminal block type, antisplash junction block type, water-proof wire connecting block type, explosion isolating terminal block type, socket type and so on.
